OVERVIEW
Brother Power Presents is an independent film and media production organization.
Our films are made available through official Brother Power Presents distribution channels. We encourage audiences and creators to discuss, review, and share our work while respecting the rights of our filmmakers, cast, crew, and other contributors.
This Film Usage Policy establishes the general permissions granted by Brother Power Presents for the use of footage from films produced or distributed by Brother Power Presents.
Unless a particular film or work is expressly excluded from this policy, the permissions described below apply to Brother Power Presents films generally.
PERMITTED USE
Brother Power Presents permits individuals and creators to use brief excerpts from our films in long-form videos for purposes including:
Film reviews
Commentary
Criticism
Analysis
Reaction videos
Discussion
Educational discussion
Documentary discussion
News or reporting concerning our films or productions
A permitted use may contain up to 60 seconds of footage from a Brother Power Presents film.
The footage should contribute to the creator's own work rather than functioning as a substitute for watching the original film.
REQUIREMENTS
When using footage under this policy:
The video must be long-form content and must not be uploaded as short-form content, including YouTube Shorts or similar short-form formats.
No more than 60 seconds of footage from any individual Brother Power Presents film may be used under this policy.
The footage should be accompanied by meaningful original commentary, criticism, discussion, analysis, or other original content.
The creator should identify the film by its title.
The creator should identify Brother Power Presents as the production company.
The use must not imply that Brother Power Presents, its filmmakers, cast, crew, or contributors endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with the creator or their project.
The original film may not be made available for download or redistribution through the creator's content.
USES NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY
This policy does not grant permission to:
Re-upload an entire Brother Power Presents film or substantial portions of one.
Upload a Brother Power Presents film to another streaming service or video library.
Distribute copies of a film for download.
Create compilations primarily consisting of footage from our films.
Use footage as a substitute for watching the original film.
Use footage in advertising or commercial promotional material for another product, service, company, or project.
Sell, license, or redistribute footage from our films.
Remove or obscure copyright notices or attribution associated with our films.
Present our films, footage, characters, or other original material as another person's own work.
Use our footage to falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation with Brother Power Presents.
USES REQUIRING WRITTEN PERMISSION
Any use outside the permissions described in this policy requires written permission from Brother Power Presents.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Use of more than 60 seconds of footage from a film
Use in short-form content
Commercial licensing
Advertising
Promotional campaigns
Broadcast or theatrical use
Inclusion in another film or production
Redistribution of a film
Use of substantial portions of a film
Creation of derivative productions based substantially on one of our films
Permission requests may be submitted using the contact information provided below.
INDIVIDUAL FILM EXCEPTIONS
Although this policy is intended to apply generally to Brother Power Presents films, individual films or productions may have different usage restrictions.
A film may be excluded from some or all of this policy when:
Third-party rights prevent Brother Power Presents from granting the applicable permission.
A contributor or rights holder has imposed additional restrictions.
A separate license governs the material.
The production contains material that Brother Power Presents does not own or control.
Brother Power Presents has published a separate usage notice for the film.
Where a film has additional restrictions, those restrictions take precedence over this general policy.
THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL
Some Brother Power Presents productions may contain music, footage, artwork, performances, trademarks, game assets, or other material owned or controlled by third parties.
This policy grants permission only to the extent that Brother Power Presents has the legal authority to grant that permission.
This policy does not grant rights to third-party material independently of the rights granted by its respective owner or applicable license.
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
Except where otherwise stated, Brother Power Presents retains the copyright and other applicable rights in the original portions of its films and productions.
Permission to use footage under this policy does not transfer ownership of any copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
This policy grants only the limited permissions expressly described above. All other rights are reserved.
FAIR USE AND OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that may independently exist under applicable law.
In the United States, certain uses of copyrighted material may qualify as fair use. Whether a particular use qualifies as fair use depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
A use does not become automatically lawful merely because it is less than 60 seconds, and a use does not become automatically unlawful merely because it exceeds 60 seconds.
The 60-second limit in this policy is a permission granted by Brother Power Presents, not a statement of the legal definition or limits of fair use.
ENFORCEMENT
Brother Power Presents reserves the right to enforce its copyrights and other applicable rights against unauthorized uses of its films and productions.
Where appropriate, Brother Power Presents may request removal of unauthorized material or use available platform or legal procedures to address infringement.
Nothing in this policy requires Brother Power Presents to take action against every unauthorized use.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Brother Power Presents may update this policy as its productions, distribution methods, and rights arrangements change.
The version published on the Brother Power Presents website represents the current general Film Usage Policy.
Changes to this policy do not retroactively revoke permissions that have already been granted in writing.

OVERVIEW
Brother Power Presents may make production photographs, promotional photographs, behind-the-scenes images, and other still images publicly available through its official websites and other official distribution channels.
These images may be viewed and shared through the platform on which they are officially published. Public availability does not, by itself, grant permission to reproduce, modify, redistribute, or commercially use these images.
PERMITTED USE
Individuals may:
• View publicly available Brother Power Presents production photographs.
• Share links to the official webpage where an image is published.
• Include a publicly available image in a long-form review, commentary, criticism, analysis, news report, or discussion concerning the associated film or production, provided that the use is consistent with applicable law.
• Request additional permission to use an image outside of these circumstances.
When an image is used under permission from Brother Power Presents, reasonable credit should identify Brother Power Presents and, where practical, link to the official webpage containing the original image.
USES REQUIRING WRITTEN PERMISSION
Written permission from Brother Power Presents is required for uses including:
• Reproducing an image as a standalone download or image collection.
• Republishing an image on another website or image-hosting service.
• Using an image in another film, video, or production.
• Using an image in advertising or promotional material for another product, service, company, or project.
• Commercially selling or licensing an image.
• Substantially modifying or creating derivative works from an image.
• Using an image in merchandise.
• Presenting an image as the creator's own work.
• Using an image in a manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Brother Power Presents.
SHARING THE OFFICIAL IMAGES
If you would like to share a production photograph with others, we encourage you to share the official Brother Power Presents webpage rather than downloading and re-uploading the image elsewhere.
This helps ensure that the image remains associated with the film and that viewers can find the most current information about the production.
THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
Some production photographs may depict individuals, locations, aircraft, game environments, logos, artwork, or other material that is subject to rights belonging to parties other than Brother Power Presents.
Permission granted by this policy applies only to rights that Brother Power Presents owns or has authority to grant. It does not grant permission to use separately protected third-party material appearing within a photograph.
